Dance for Parkinson’s Advanced Training Workshop | 22 September 2026
Join us for a vibrant day of movement, music, connection, and shared learning with the Dance for Parkinson’s Australia network. The workshop will include an inclusive improvisation session with Rebecca Barnstaple (Canada), a class planning workshop with David Leventhal (USA), and an afternoon immersion in The Classics Series with Paris Wages, Katrina Rank, and community members. Participants will explore how refined, creative approaches support artistry, accessibility, confidence, and joy. The workshop is a rich, practical, and inspiring gathering for teachers, artists, facilitators, and anyone invested in creative movement for people living with Parkinson’s.
Prerequisite: a Dance for Parkinson’s/Dance for PD introductory training workshop.
Registration:
We’re offering three tiers ($40/$65/$85 USD which is $58/$94/$122 AUD) – please select the level that feels comfortable and appropriate for you. Your registration in any amount helps cover our costs.
